I recently learned that "Adobe plans to discontinue development of Authorware". I had mixed feelings about the news as I started my career working with Authorware and liked it very much, but since then transitioned into ToolBook. In any case life moves on and developers using Authorware should take a look at ToolBook 9 as an alternative. Its fast, efficient and supports deployment to CD-rom and HTML from the same file - and it has support for authoring as well as deployment on Windows Vista. Given my background with both Tools I have added conversion of Authorware Projects to ToolBook to my list of services offered.

The Dynamic Navigation Widget is a combobox that automatically indexes all pages in your Book or Background. When the user selects a page name in the combobox ToolBook will navigate to the page with that name.

The ToolBook Color Picker works like the eyedropper tool in Adobe Photoshop and other Tools, with the exception that the ToolBook color picker captures colors from the entire desktop.
